Common questions
What happens if my flight is late?
Send your flight number with the enquiry: the pick-up time is set from it and adjusted when the arrival moves. Tell us as soon as you know the new time.
Is the vehicle shared with other travellers?
No. The vehicle is reserved for your group and the journey runs straight from the agreed pick-up point to the agreed drop-off, with no other stops.
Why is no rate displayed?
Route, luggage, timing and traveller numbers all change the preparation, so the proposal is quoted for your own journey rather than for an average one.
