Why are prices not displayed? +

Vehicle, route, stops and practical constraints vary, so pricing is prepared on request for your specific journey.

Is the driver also a guide? +

No. Driver and guide are distinct roles. A licensed professional guide can be added as an option to suit your programme.

Is the journey shared? +

The services presented are private: the vehicle and agreed programme are reserved for your group.

Can pick-up be arranged in Djerba? +

Yes, from a hotel, guesthouse, private address, holiday rental or port, subject to confirmation in the quote.

Can I cancel my booking? +

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Past that point, any fee is stated to you plainly before you confirm the booking.

What if my flight is delayed? +

The driver follows your flight's real schedule and waits for you on arrival, no matter how long the delay. No supplement is ever charged for a flight delay.
